Real Estate Pre-Purchasing/Leasing:
Real estate can energetically support or detract. When you are purchasing a new home or office, selecting the property that is most harmonious for your family or business has tremendous benefits. Real Estate consultations are $168 for the first site and $98 for each additional site. To analyze the property I will need the construction year of the existing building (or projected construction completion year) and birth dates of the occupants. In most cases, this can be done without an initial site visit.
Real Estate Selling/Leasing:
This is an important time to put everything in place to assure a quick and positive experience. With Feng Shui as part of the equation, the results are nothing short of spectacular. The fee for consulting on a resale/rental property is $488. Follow-up care is included until the property sells or leases. These are services I provide:

Real Estate Consulting for Realtors:
Feng Shui support for Realtors includes:
- Group presentations
- Determine hidden energetic negatives and provide solutions to attract the best possible new tenant/owner
- Energetic recalibration to transmute any existing owner energy and open the energy for a new owner/occupant
- Guide seller through visualizing and “detachment” exercise, and encourage their full cooperation & trust in the process
What you can expect from a real estate consultation:
Seller/Realtor: A tour of the premises, inside and out, to analyze the surroundings and determine the building’s orientation. Compass readings, analysis, and a written report with recommendations for interior and exterior staging/preparations. If I am retained to implement staging, a timeline and fees will be discussed.
If the owner is resident, I will accompany them through a cord cutting visualization to release their connection to the property. Attachment is often the most crucial aspect and without the ability to release and surrender to the process, it can sabotage the process.
Buyer: Compass readings, calculations and a brief explanation of the findings, including whether or not the property has the ability to energetically support the buyer/family.
Energy clearings are recommended for both sellers and buyers. For sellers, this process will assist in disconnecting the seller’s energy from the home and opening space for the new owner. For buyers, this should be done before the buyer moves into the home to clear lingering energy from the previous owner, contractors, and that of any others who have been in the home. This will raise the frequency of the energy in the building.

- Copy of the listing flyer
The year the prospective home was built and/projected year of completion of construction/significant remodel/relocation of the building. Birth dates, along with gender, of new potential residents.
